焊接机器人不同枪姿对焊接造成的影响一个熟练的焊工焊出的品质和外观比一个新焊工要好许多,主要是熟练的焊工通过日集月累的经验知道焊一个产品需要多大电流、电压、速度多快、还有一个更重要的就是焊接的姿势和方法。因为电流和速度可以直观的看到,但一个合适的姿势就需要有一个长期的经验来决定。

像亚伦达机器人我们一般要求焊枪与焊接平面保持45°~60°左右,与焊缝那条线也保持在45°~60°左右。但前提让焊枪避开焊接的产品和定位工装。焊接姿势不好会对焊接品质造成影响主要是因为两个方面:一是气体保护不好,二是送丝不畅。

枪姿不合适会导致气体保护不好,焊接会出现气孔现象;枪姿不合适也会让同轴电缆里的送丝太过弯曲而送丝不畅,会出现焊缝不均匀,断断续续的现象。如果在焊接过程中出现上述现象,枪姿虽然不是唯 一的因素,但也是需要排查的重点之一。
